TAKY Elite Management Team Training Tour
2021-07-05At the beginning of July, the company organized more than 40 company management elites to go to Ningbo Jianfeng Business Management College to participate in the Jianfeng Elite Management Special Training Course. The three-day training gave us a new understanding of the current working environment and management status, which played a guiding role in our company's internal team building and mutual communication. How to retain and guide the backbone of our company is the direction of our team construction in the future. After three days of study and training, it gave us great inspiration: super executive power, teamwork spirit, corporate culture construction, etiquette culture training, and on-site "5S" management are all the directions we want to improve.
The three-day training is very helpful for self-breakthrough and growth. We have learned a lot. Now we will record it and share it with everyone: we have learned to actively communicate with others and how to motivate others.
